1. What Terminal3 is

Terminal3 analyses text you paste — errors, stack traces, logs, HTTP responses — and returns a diagnosis, a suggested fix, and a way to verify it. It is an analysis tool. It is not a monitoring service, an incident-management platform, or a remote shell.

2. It doesn't touch your systems

Terminal3 has no access to your servers, repositories, deployments, databases or monitoring, and it never executes commands on your infrastructure. Any command it shows you is a suggestion that you choose to run yourself.

3. Output is advisory, and can be wrong

Analyses are generated by a language model reasoning from the text you provide. They can be incomplete, misleading, or simply incorrect — which is why every analysis includes a confidence score and alternative explanations. You are responsible for reviewing any suggestion before acting on it, particularly anything that modifies or deletes data.

Do not run a command you don't understand against production because Terminal3 suggested it.

4. Your responsibilities

• Remove secrets, credentials and personal data before pasting.
• Only submit text you have the right to share.
• Don't use Terminal3 for regulated data — it isn't certified for it.
• Don't attempt to overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing dataset.

5. Availability

Terminal3 is in beta and provided as-is. It may change, break, or become unavailable without notice, and there is no uptime commitment. Data stored locally in your browser can be lost if you clear site data or if the browser evicts it — treat it as a convenience, not a system of record.

6. No warranty

Terminal3 is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terminal3 and its author are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from your use of the service — including from acting on an analysis it produced.

8. Third-party providers

Analysis of your own input is performed by a third-party AI provider. Their terms and retention policies apply to the requests they process. See the privacy page for what that means in practice.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product develops. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
